Guardian For Patients

This App provides access to modules in the Patient Portal of the Guardian Platform.The mobile app has following features- TeleHealth: Book, edit and view Appointments.- Video Call: Communicate with a physician as part of a telemedicine feature.- Demographics: View Patient Demographics and change requests.- Health Care Providers: View associated health care providers of a patient.Apart from the above-mentioned modules, the patient has access to the other features like Reports, Vitals, Problems, Medications, Allergies, and Lab Results etc.Note: The Patient needs to have a Guardian Patient Portal login, in order to use this App
